SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping varies depending on order due to size, weight and buyers location. We will cover shipping on all orders $250+. All items are packed with protection, But many items are fragile and could be damaged in transit. We do not offer returns of damaged product unless otherwise stated.

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us immediately with a new shipping address; once the order has shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

All orders will be processed in 1-3 business days.

 

Shipping for Canadian orders allow for 3-5 business days.

International orders allow for 10-20 business days depending on location.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Return freight fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee that will be subtracted from the refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
